Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Basker Roberts Ltd (Registered Company Number 11774083) trading as KickstartGo to the Client. They constitute a valid and binding agreement between Basker Roberts Ltd and You, the employer, for any services provided or work offered.

Acceptance

When you register on the kickstartgo.co.uk website you will be prompted to accept our terms and conditions, as stated in this document. Upon ticking accept and submitting your registration you will be deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions. In doing so, you, the client, confirm that you have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation. Equally, KickstartGo confirms that we have the experience and ability to do everything agreed, and will conduct the administration of the Kickstart Scheme in a professional and timely manner.

Payment Terms

Any optional payments for training or add-on services will be paid for through the website at the relevant displayed cost. All of our transactions are processed in GBP currency using Stripe as our payment provider. Please refer to Stripe’s terms and conditions available here for more information.

VAT is chargeable on all amounts paid for services provided by us.

Third Parties

KickstartGo reserves the right to engage or use third parties or other service providers as independent contractors in connection with the Services provided to the client. Where third party service providers are engaged, KickstartGo will be fully responsible for their compliance of the various terms of that Agreement.

Confidential Information

Throughout the course of a project both parties acknowledge that they may receive confidential information from the other party. Both sides agree to hold and maintain such information in strictest confidence.

Liability

All work will be carried out in accordance to industry best practice and at a high professional standard. However, no guarantees are given that the work provided by KickstartGo will be error-free. KickstartGo excludes itself from all and any liability from lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the materials or services delivered by KickstartGo under this agreement. KickstartGo’s total liability to the client in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this agreement shall be limited to the charges payable under this agreement.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the High Court of Justice in London shall be the exclusive Court of Jurisdiction.
