Junior IT Technician Support & Customer Service

With a great set of communication skills and a customer service ethos, you will be part of a tight-knit employee base providing IT Support for all users / customers on the day or escalating tickets through the organisation.
This would be a varied role, sitting within the IT team to act as the first port of call for all IT related issues, as well as working with senior team members to scope out improvements to IT.
Your day-to-day role would include.
Offering support on key IT applications and systems (Office 365, Outlook, Monday.com)
Supporting in person and via virtual means
Logging and servicing tickets in a timely manner
Aiding in setting up and rolling out new systems, tools, and efficiencies for the wider business.
