• No credit check but subject to ID and AML checks.
ECB has developed an App with smart money management tools to help customers to manage their business and personal accounts together services of prepaid ATM cards.
ECB are seeking Security administrators for our new venture No previous knowledge or experience is required.
Your integrity, problem solving, and empathy are all our needs Your responsibilities will include: Recording of customer complaints in lost and stolen ATM cards, Missing Funds, Authorisation of Issue of New Cards to the supervisors, Referring the Matter to fraud and compliance department if required. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and social media. Showing ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers. Maintaining high service standards and continually improving the service to our customers. Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary. Supporting continuous improvement ethos within the contact centre. Actively seeking to improve processes and workflows. Working well within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements: Working in a contact centre environment is not essential – showing us you understand what great customer service looks like is. Comfortable talking to customers however they choose to reach out. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone! Excellent written and verbal communication skills. No two days here are the same – you should be comfortable working in a changing environment.
You will be working from home. In the future, if offices reopen you will be required to work from Manchester.
ECB e money is looking for Security Administrators on a contract basis to support its first-class customer experience. Working across multiple channels, the Customer Care colleague.
Length: 6 months initially
Working hours: You may be asked to work weekends and out of hours and shift patterns are between 8am – 7pm Monday – Sunday
