Recruitment Assistant


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Assistant to join our team

The main role of the Trainee Recruitment Assistant is to work alongside the Business Development and Account Managing team within our Healthcare division, in finding the right people to fill client vacancies. You will be assisting with:

* Creating job adverts
* Promoting vacancies across social media
* Assessing CV’s and providing application support
* Conducting candidate screening
* Arranging client interviews
* Providing feedback to applicants
* Relationship management
* Carrying out general administrative duties

Essential criteria:

* Confident telephone manner
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team
