We are considered the best hotel in Manchester and proud to be given that status. We are looking for someone to come and join our team as a receptionist. The main responsibilities for a receptionist are:

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Customer services requests of guests e.g. registering guests, checking guests in / out
  • Handling reservations of guests
  • Managing room allocation
  • Processing payments, guest billing
  • Accurate guest room bookings and record keeping
  • Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
  • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
  • Management reporting
  • Conference room bookings and scheduling management
  • Enforce rules and policies of the hotel
