Roses Professional Building Service Ltd are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our professional practice providing Housing, Property law and Surveying services.

Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and keeping accurate records, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. Most training for receptionist positions take place on-the-job.
In this role your daily tasks will include Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization. Directing guests and answering their questions. Notifying other workers of visitor arrival. Maintaining security and telecommunications systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is tidy and well presented in order to create a good impression upon guest.
Other duties may include:
• Booking meetings.
• Forwarding phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing emails and post.
