Personal Assistant to the Owner/Manager


Assisting the company Owner/Manager to develop and implement all aspects of business operation and future strategies.. Tasks can involve:  Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
 Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
 Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
 Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
 Managing budgets;
 Monitoring competitor activity;
 Supporting the manager and other colleagues when needed, carry out treatments such as nails when there is a demand;
 Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and partner organisations;
