Description
Assisting the company Owner/Manager to develop and implement all aspects of business operation and future strategies.. Tasks can involve: Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
Managing budgets;
Monitoring competitor activity;
Supporting the manager and other colleagues when needed, carry out treatments such as nails when there is a demand;
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and partner organisations;
