Finance Assistant and Bookkeeper

We’re looking for someone who is committed, enthusiastic, willing to learn, wants to go the extra mile and is fun to work with to join our fast growing ecommerce company. We will help you get trained, gain valuable transferable skills in a growing sector and develop an understanding of how you can use your skills to pursue your chosen career.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Working with the Director of Logistics and warehouse team to create and send POs for new stock
  • Undertaking supplier purchasing where trade portals are in place
  • Adjusting POs with confirmed delivery and product prices
  • Updating the product cost price list in Xero
  • Updating the Daily Cashflow with invoice totals and invoice due dates
  • Performing weekly bank reconciliations
  • Working with the Director of Finance & Operations, Director of Brand and Director of Logistics to manage expenses
  • Maintaining the Chart of Accounts
