Lubna Awan Properties Limited are suppliers of House hold goods selling and letting properties and property repairs.

Seeking Customer Support Executive to work in their offices and remotely.

Excellent customer service skills working in their Stockport site and will be working in the Customer services department to fulfil their customer viewing needs orders customer complaints, with a vision to deliver customer excellence, responding to changing customer needs.

As a Customer Service Advisor your attention to detail is key, as is the ability to keep a focus on customer outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inbound customer calls

• Take complete ownership of customer problems

• Dealing with vulnerable customers that may need extra support and assistance

• Respond to telephony, digital and admin based customer queries and arrange viewings

• Investigate complex enquiries

Initial Contract for 6 Months (Kickstart Scheme)

Working hours: You may be asked to work weekends and out of hours and shift patterns are between 8am – 7pm Monday – Sunday

25 hours/week

You may also be required to undertake courses leading to qualifications in I.T Business  or Financial services at one of the partners college.
