Customer Engagement and Accounts Assistant
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Create demand for our services by researching, identifying, and connecting with our current and potential, charities and Third Sector customers.
• Dealing with incoming customer queries, including liaising with mobile network providers
• Amending and upgrading customer mobile accounts – Ensuring clear, concise and comprehensive notes are entered onto the systems after every customer contact, with relevant documents attached where necessary.
• Compiling and distributing GoodCalls Monthly Billing Reports to customers
• Supporting the Customer Care Manager in the update and integration of new business processes
• Research third sector and charity organisations to introduce GoodCall with the main aim to grow the current accounts and exposure of our services.
• Support in the development of business engagement and outreach processes
• Supporting the business social media platforms by creating and sourcing content
