Administration Assistant

We are pleased to accept applications for the position of Administration Assistant, working as a core part of the recruitment team.

This role will vary greatly and include working closely with and in support of the recruitment team, as well as the senior management team. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Working with our consultants to ensure that candidates have all compliance documents in place and remain ready to work
  • Working with accounts department to ensure that all paperwork is present and correct for our weekly temp payroll
  • Helping to maintain and improve the quality of our internal database of job seekers, client details and live vacancy details
  • Researching client contacts and entering these onto our database
  • Assisting senior management and the sales team by running regular reports and compiling key information that is vital to our business
  • Helping recruiters with posting job adverts onto multiple job sites such as Indeed, CV-Library etc.
  • Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable applicants for our clients’ roles

Assisting with our social media campaigns and HTML email marketing campaigns
