The Inbound Sales Representative will be engaging with our customers and partners,
providing exceptional service and support, receiving orders and exploring additional
requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails,
taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, cross selling and up-
selling products and making outbound follow-up calls to help customers with their buyingqueries and decisions . This requires working closely with all departments in Branded Brolly while pushing direct sales revenue stream to consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal KPI and Sales targets.
To assist existing & new Branded Brolly customer’s and partner’s sales inquiries via Inbound/Outbound calls and to sell Branded Brolly products / services
